OnePlus launched their new smartphone, the OnePlus nord ce3 which comes between the OnePlus nord 3 and One Plus Nord ce3 lite. OnePlus is doing really well this year by launching some amazing smartphones like OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R.
Nord series is known for Oneplus’s best budget and mid-range smartphones. OnePlus added one new member, Nord ce 3 which you can buy at a starting price of 26,999 INR.
The most interesting part of this phone is its processor which is last year’s snapdragon 782 G. There are very few phones which come with this processor.
We did a CPU throttle test for 30 minutes on this phone .The result was surprising. We found “No CPU Thermal Throttling Detected” which means even if you do long gaming sessions, performance will not throttle. So in terms of performance this phone will perform very well.
If we talk about display then simply amazing 6.7” inch full HD + Fluid Amoled with 120 Hz refresh rate. You can increase display brightness up to 950 Nits. Even the Outdoor Screen is clearly visible. The Phone also has HDR 10 + and Wide WIne L1 Support.
Nord CE 3 runs Oxygen OS 13.1 based on android 13. Company Promises 2 years of OS and 3 years of security updates. The Good thing about the OS is there is no bloatwares.
In terms of Multimedia there are stereo speakers and also Dolby Atmos support which sounds good.
The Phone also supports 8 5G bands, almost all available in india. Other than that there is wifi 6 and bluetooth 5.2 support. It comes with a 5000 mAh built in battery which you can recharge using 80 watt fast charging included in the box.
Nord 3 has a triple camera setup of 50 Mp Main Camera + 8 Mp Ultra wide camera + 2 Mp macro camera sensor. The Main camera sensor Sony IMX890 is the same sensor which is used on the OnePlus 11R and OnePlus 11.
But performance is not the same, yes the image quality is at the lower side. Ultra wide camera and macro camera are performing worse. I can say don’t buy this phone if you are looking for a good camera phone.
